RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at howdy@sassysaddle.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Order Number]
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Jewelry, hats, and drinkware (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Exchanges Need a different size or color? Email us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. The fastest way to get what you need is to return your original item and once accepted, place a new order.
Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at howdy@sassysaddle.com.
